How to Draw a Cat

Hi, guys!!! Here are some great instructions for drawing a cute, cartoony cat!!!

Step 1:Draw the body. An oval is a good shape to use.
Step 2:Attach a circle for the head.
Step 3:Add two triangle shaped ears.
Step 4:Put two eyes on the head. They should look like a black circle inside a white circle.
Step 5:Draw a nose & mouth. The nose should look like a triangle, & the mouth can be smiling or sad. (My preference is smiling.) ;)
Step 6:Now, add the four paws & legs.
Step 7:The tail should be added now. I always make it swirly, but you should make it straight if you want to.
Step 8:Next, erase unnecessary lines. One line you don't need is the line that's between the tail & body.
Step 9:Put some shading inside the ears & nose.
Step 10:(optional) Draw stripes and/or spots.
Step 11:Now, if you want to, add color, cat clothes, and/or anything else you want to put on your cat.

Your cat is finished! I hope you enjoyed drawing a cat using the instructions I made!!!

                  :Bye,crafters!
